Leveraging the experience and knowledge she gained as a “Big Law” partner, Jen continues to provide commercially pragmatic legal advice to public, private, and emerging companies and investors in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, finance, joint ventures, private equity investments, and other business transactions. Jen advises companies on corporate and commercial issues in a wide range of industries, including the aeronautics, consumer goods, digital media, energy, food and beverage, health/life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, and technology industries.

Jen regularly serves as primary outside general counsel for her clients. She understands the importance of becoming fully integrated with her clients’ businesses and teams and works hand-in-hand with company leadership to steer clients away from and through legal hurdles.
